TRL EXPERIENCE
(801) 822-6705

A young company that would rather be checkable than impressive.

TRL Experience drives people from Salt Lake City International to anywhere in Utah — the city and the valley, Park City and the Cottonwood canyons, Heber and the Ogden Valley, and south to Zion, Bryce and Moab. Private vehicles, a published price on every route, and an hour of free wait on every airport pick-up.

What we will not tell you

Most pages like this open with a number of years and a number of vehicles. We are not going to, because we would be making them up. This is a new business. It has no decades of history, no wall of reviews, and no awards, and the fastest way to lose the argument we are actually making would be to invent any of them.

What we have instead is a set of commitments that can be checked in about a minute, on this site, before you give us anything.

Four things you can check right now

The price is on the page

Every route, every vehicle, including the peak dates where it goes up. Not a starting-from figure. If we are the expensive option on a route, the page says why rather than hoping you do not compare.

The rate card

Gratuity before the kerb, not at it

Calculated and shown on your quote before you commit, and adjustable — including down to nothing. A gratuity that cannot be declined is a service charge wearing a friendlier name.

What is included

The wait is timed from wheels-down

60 minutes on a domestic arrival, 90 on international — from the moment the aircraft lands, not from when you reach the kerb, which is the version that quietly costs you half of it.

Airport transfers

Cancellation is free, and it is written down

Up to 24 hours before pick-up, refunded in full. A canyon closure is never charged for at all — not a wait fee, not a re-dispatch fee.

The policy

Where we drive, and where we do not

Salt Lake City International to Park City, Wasatch Front, Ogden Valley, Utah, Provo, Zion National Park, Moab, Bryce Canyon and the resorts in between. Every destination we serve has a published price — the short runs and the five-hour ones alike. Nothing on this site is “ask us”.

We do not run a shared shuttle and we do not sell seats. You hire the vehicle, which is why four people to Park City costs the same as two.
